Content and Digital Marketing Coordinator

Role: Content & Digital Marketing Coordinator
DTLA office, on-site position (NOT remote)
Full-time, hourly position
Hourly Range: $24.00/ hr – $28.00/ hr 

Responsibilities:

  • Help oversee Influencer Marketing & Content Marketing calendars and program implementation
  • Assist in creating campaign materials (digital, print, and promotional content) for direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Develop content briefs for in-house talent to film social content
  • Manage the content calendar, creative briefs, and asset delivery in partnership with the Influencer Coordinator and Social Content Coordinator
  • Write and edit marketing materials including emails, SMS, ad copy, blogs & website copy, scriptwriting , ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand voice consistency.
  • Assist in the delivery of digital marketing advertising assets (imagery, video, etc) & coordination with third-party agencies
  • Support the creation of compelling and visually appealing content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, etc.
  • Support the production, editing, and optimization of videos to enhance brand storytelling and drive audience engagement.
  • Oversee the development of in-package marketing collateral and education cards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content strategies with overall marketing objectives.
  • Adopt our brand visual aesthetics and ensure consistency across all digital channels.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for content optimization and audience growth.
  • Utilize PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant tools to analyze data, track KPIs, and manage spending effectively.
  • Collaborate on creating visually compelling presentations for pitches and reports.
  • Assist with marketing logistic functions such as filing & organizing asset folders, responding to inquiries, processing invoices, updating calendars, taking meeting notes, sending meeting recaps, coordinating in-person working sessions, booking travel, etc.
  • Provide integral support for influencer events, ensuring seamless coordination and execution to maximize impact and community engagement.
  • Offer comprehensive support for photoshoots, from logistical coordination to on-set assistance, to ensure the successful creation of visually compelling content.
  • Aide in the execution of ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business growth.

    Experience/Skills:

    •  2-4 years of overall work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a marketing role.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Preferred experience in the beauty or fashion industries.
    • Passion for beauty , skincare and nails
    • Startup or agency experience is highly desirable.
    • Strong video creation and editing skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint)
    • Working knowledge of Sharepoint, Asana, Dropbox, Google Drive, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (a plus)
    • Familiarity with AI technology, leveraging its applications within digital marketing initiatives.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency.
    • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. Comfortable working in ambiguity, adapting quickly to evolving priorities and market trends.

    Supply Chain & Production Manager

    Position: Supply Chain and Production Manager
    Location: On-Site Position based in Downtown Los Angeles, this is not a remote position.
    Pay: $27-$35 hourly plus benefits

    Supply Chain and Production Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

    The core metrics you care about include demand and actual sales forecasts, inventory, on-time delivery, and the unit economics of each individual order (fulfillment costs, returns cost). Working directly with vendors to ensure on time production and deliveries while ensuring our supply chain processes are executed.

    The individual we are looking for can do it all, which means executing business processes at their most granular levels and interfacing with vendor partners that help bring our products to life. At the same time, this individual is a self-starter and strategist with the ability to set long-term objectives and think critically about how we continue to deliver quality products and services efficiently.

    This role will report to our Chief of Operations and Founder and will work closely with our small team.

    Demand Planning

    • Support our Chief Of Operations in forecasting for upcoming launches and restocks, so that we are properly stocked on products our customers love to smell
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve on cost and efficiency without sacrificing on our quality standards

    Procurement and Purchasing

    • Foster trusting, communicative relationships with our third-party vendors
    • Own purchasing and procurement of our componentry and packaging materials
    • Track purchase orders and reconcile invoices
    • Work closely with our team to ensure that they have product samples in a timely manner to make their efforts a success
    • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels across our DTC and retail channels
    • Own creation of SKUs, UPCs, Bill of Materials, and Standard Operating Procedures so that each part of the operational process is seamless for our team and vendors
    • Develop and maintain a robust inventory management system tapping into existing vendor data and bringing a fresh, detailed eye to our existing process

    Fulfillment and Warehousing

    • Become a master of our retail fulfillment processes, working alongside our Operations Manager working on accounts such as Ulta, Urban Outfitters, Walmart and Amazon to execute newness and monitor inventory.
    • Periodically review on order within our shared systems to ensure orders arrive on time

    What you'll bring:

    • 2-4 years of experience in a data-forward support role, manufacturing or the like is preferred; relevant experience in an e-commerce/DTC/beauty retailer environment is a major plus
    • Experience in beauty required
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Suite
    • Experience with 3PL, shipping retail, and e-commerce management platforms
    • You have exceptional management and organizational skills
    • You have an eagerness to roll-up your sleeves with a “figure it out” mentality
    • You possess strength and rigor in navigating ambiguity.

      Wholesale Account Coordinator

      YOU MUST HAVE 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE of showroom or wholesale experience, ideally in a wholesale environment (this is NOT retail sales position , please only apply if you have relevant experience)
      This is an On-Site Position in our DTLA office - not hybrid or remote
      Pay is $25-$30 HOURLY - DOE on experience

      THE ROLE:
      We are currently looking for a driven, organized wholesale account coordinator to join our fast growing team in the skincare/cosmetics industry. Wholesale Account Coordinator provides operational support to our Wholesale account(s).
      This position acts as primary communication & operations liaison between Customer, Sales, Planning, Distribution Center & Transportation, working with the Account Director to achieve sales goals & maximize account profitability for assigned account(s). The Coordinator provides effective customer service support and order coordination from forecast to confirmed shipping. They will be the primary Wholesale Operations team liaison & support initiatives as needed with their accounts.

      About the Role:

      • Independently manage existing Accounts as the direct point of contact for day-to-day business needs, recurring calls and meetings
      • Manage orders in EDI, send ASNs and Invoices for orders
      • Prepare shipping labels , share tracking with partners
      • Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and other KPIs are met by proactively developing and executing strategies to drive business
      • Regularly update and manage Sales reporting templates, retail calendars, budgets, forecasts, RTVs and T&Ds
      • Partner with internal and external teams to meet deadlines and deliverables, identify risks and opportunities and build contingency plans where necessary
      • Support execution of Retail Sales initiatives and projects, Market Meeting Decks and 360 brand strategies
      • Partner with Marketing, Education and Planning teams to develop/implement sampling plans, training levers and Retailer targeted needs to grow business

      About You:

      • 2+ years of relevant experience in showroom + wholesale environment
      • Skincare + Beauty experience preferred
      • MUST be Numbers driven with high comfort level navigating Excel
      • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
      • Proven track record of meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects
