Shipping, Refund & Returns Policy


At Skin Gym, we stand behind our products 100%.  We carry the highest quality skincare products available and we want our customers to have the opportunity to experience them without risk. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, simply return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping charges). 



As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.



Your order will ship within 3 business days from the purchase date.  In most circumstances, your order will ship sooner than that, however, due to varying order volumes at different times of the year, it may take a longer or short amount of time.  If you need rush order processing, please contact us at  

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it and contact us immediately.  If you item(s) do arrive damaged please contact us at and we will replace the damaged goods.



We want to be sure that you are completely satisfied with you purchase. You may return your purchase within 30 days for a refund or exchange (excluding return shipping fees). Follow the instructions below and ship by insured parcel post, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Sadly, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
