Use daily on clean skin for 3–5 minutes. Repeat each exercise at least five times per session, doing each side of the face separately for the best results.
Jawline & Chin: Glide upward from the center of your chin to your earlobe to define the jawline.
Forehead: Start at the center of your forehead, divide it into three sections, and glide the tool outward. Scrape once, then move slightly down and scrape again.
Cheeks: Glide from the nose, upwards along the cheekbones, and outward toward the ears. Scrape once, move slightly down, and scrape again. Repeat this motion, moving toward the center of the chin.
Under Eye: Start at the inner corner of your eye and glide outward toward the temple to reduce puffiness. Be extra gentle in this area.
Brows: Glide upward along the brow bone, moving from the inner to the outer brow.
Lips: Glide over your lips back and forth 5–7 times for a plumping effect.
Neck: Divide your neck into four sections, scraping each section from bottom to top for five strokes per area.
