HOW TO USE IT

1. Unscrew the top cap and fill the CryoRoll Ice Roller with water, ensuring it's sealed tightly.
2. Place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until fully frozen.
3. Once frozen, roll the CryoRoll over your desired body area using gentle, upward and outward motions. Apply light to medium pressure, avoiding any injuries.
4. Use for 5–10 minutes per session to help soothe, refresh, and relieve targeted areas.
