HOW TO USE IT

1. When using the Cryo Stainless Steel Heart Sculpty Gua Sha Tool, begin with a clean face and prep skin with a facial oil or serum.
2. Roll your Cryo Stainless Steel Roller in gentle, outward strokes on your face and neck using the large roller. Use the smaller end for the areas under your eyes and the more delicate, hard-to-reach areas.
3.Gently massage your face and neck in upward and outward motions, starting from the neck and moving along your chin, cheeks, and very gently around the eye area.
4. Do each side of the face separately, repeating each motion three times on each part. Use each tool for 5–10 minutes daily for radiant skin.

Best tools

I want to draw your attention to the fact that gua sha can be used for massage and medical procedures not only for facial skin. I use stainless steel gua sha to improve blood flow and relieve swelling in my legs. It is from steel that gua sha is needed here, since effort is needed.

I Love Cryo Set!!!

the self cold roller and Gua Sha make this set the best!! first I use the wide end for the cheeks and neck and then the small end under the eyes, amazing effect, from Gua sha I get the best relaxing massage

I recommend this product

I bought gua sha from another seller and it was made of quartz. Unfortunately, it fell to the floor and broke. therefore, stainless steel gua sha can be safely used and not be afraid to break it.
