Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which cups are placed on the skin to create suction in order to promote circulation, reduce inflammation and activate lymphatic drainage. Cupping therapy dates back to ancient Egypt, Asia and Middle East. Cupping helps to improve circulation and is widely used to treat pain, digestive problems, release toxins and improve appearance of cellulite and much more.

Face: Suction the cup to the face and use sweeping gliding massage strokes in areas indicated by arrows. Use your free hand to anchor the skin behind the cup for a smoother glide and to prevent pulling on the skin. Place the cup over the area of concern such as fine lines and wrinkles, lift and stimulate it while maintaining suction.
Body: Use squeeze and release technique on the main points the across the body as illustrated in the instruction manual.
Caution: Consult with your physician if you are pregnant, are on blood thinners, have varicose veins or other medical conditions. Do not cup over new scars, acute acne or Rosacea, sunburned skin, raised moles, herpes or other skin inflammations. Temporary redness is normal due to increased vascularity of the area cupped. These effects will disappear shortly. Massage cups are not intended to diagnose, prevent or treat any illness, metabolic disorder, disease or health problems.
