Mouth Tape

I feel like this has drastically helped me sleep! I fall asleep so fast now and don’t wake up in the middle of the night. It stays in place and is very comfortable. I will say it does leave a little tape residue on my lips but it comes off when I wash my face. I will continue to keep these in my night time routine. 10/10.
