Unscrew the top cap and fill the Large Body Cryoroll with water.
Place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours, or until completely frozen.
Once frozen, glide the Cryoroll over your desired body area in gentle upward and outward motions. Apply light to medium pressure and avoid rolling over any injuries.
Use for 5-10 minutes per session, focusing on areas that need targeted relief.

Stays cold forever

It really does a good job soothing my skin each morning and night, plus it also feels wonderful when I need to cool down a flushed face. It’s also great when I’m getting a headache…just a few passes with the roller and my headache is soothed.

Refreshing

This has become a must have in my daily routine! The ice shape was perfect for rubbing under eyes and up the jowelly parts of the jaw line. I'm glad I finally bought this.

Ice roller

It's a functional ice roller. I used it today and the roller is so smooth and refreshing! Feels amazing under the eyes in the morning. It works wonders in reducing puffiness

Easy to use

I have noticed such a change in my skin in the short time using this product. My complexion has become more even, pores appear smaller, and my skin feels so much softer. I will definitely keep using it because I am obsessed.
