How does skincare fit into your lifestyle as a model?
As a model and prior to I've always felt like skincare was everything! In regards to modeling I find that skincare is essential for many things, but it is especially important given the frequent use of makeup. Taking care of my skin allows me to feel more comfortable and confident.
What's your go-to ingredient in your favorite skincare?
What is your favorite Skin Gym tool?
My favorite tool is the Facial Roller! And I have always been interested in trying out the mini beauty fridge!
Why is finding a skincare routine important to you?
Finding a skin care routine is important because having a routine allows me to remain consistent, age naturally and feel confident in the skin that I'm in, quite literally. Skin is a huge organism and it is so important to take care of it the best that we can.

Do you stick to one skincare brand or mix it up?
I definitely use a variety of brands but I am consistent in my routine itself. I've finally found a routine that works for me so now I rarely add in new products.

What is one skincare secret you are willing to give away?
1. Facials at least once a month are a must!
2. Beautiful skin often comes from within - I've found that taking fish oil pills (by HUM Nutrition) has helped me with acne scars/hyper-pigmentation. Also I have learned that gut health is essential, my facialist recommended drinking one fiber supplement (metamucil) per day and it has helped with clearing the area around my cheeks of any bumps and redness.
