Workout Instruction

1. Use larger cups on the body. Use the squeeze and release technique on the main points across the body as illustrated in the instruction manual

2. Use smaller cups for the face, neck and dcollet. Suction the cup to the face and use sweeping gliding massage strokes in desired areas

3. Use your free hand to anchor the skin behind the cup for a smoother glide and to prevent pulling on the skin

Cleaning and Care

After each use, wash massage cups in warm soapy water. Air dry.
